​You are eligible to register for activities if:

  • Membership Information Form has been completed. (Valid for three years.)
  • Special Olympics Activities Only - Special Olympics Application has been completed. (Valid for three years.)
  • You don’t have any past balances due.
  • Your membership is paid for the year.
    • Membership is not required.  Members do receive discounts on activity fees, first look at the activity guide when it is published, bi-monthly newsletter delivered to your house (can also receive it via email) and FREE transportation (for those members 18 and older).

You don't need to reside in Mower County to take advantage of the diverse programs and activities offered by LIFE Mower County. We welcome individuals from various communities, providing an inclusive environment that fosters learning, growth, and social interaction. By extending its services beyond county lines, LIFE Mower County ensures that more people can benefit from its resources, such as advocacy, family support and recreational activities. This approach not only enriches the lives of participants but also strengthens the broader community by encouraging engagement and collaboration among a diverse group of people.

How to register for activities:

  • ​​Online (Preferred Option): You will need to use your phone number and pin number (provided by LIFE Mower County) to log-in. This option offers you the most up-to-date information on your activities. Upon completion of your online registration you instantly know your status.

​How to register online
  1. Visit https://schedulesplus.com/lifemc/kiosk/
  2. Click on Register
  3. Enter your telephone number and pin code.  Your telephone number can either be a home phone or cell phone, depending on what we have on file.
  4. Click on Search
  5. Click on your name
  6. Scroll through the programs listed.  You can also search for the program that you are looking for. 
    1. If you see this message you will not be able to register - We are sorry but you are not currently eligible to register for activities online because you have forms that are not complete. You can find these forms on our Forms and Policy Page at https://www.lifemowercounty.org/forms-and-policies.html. 
    2. If you see this message you will not be able to register - We are sorry, but you are not currently eligible to register for activities online because you have a balance due. Please contact our office for more information.
  7. Click on each program to view the Add To Cart blue button.  Add all of the programs that you want to attend to your cart.  They will be show on the right side of the screen.  If you have made a mistake, click the red X button to remove that program.
  8. Once you have added all of your programs to the cart, click on the yellow Check-Out button in the top right corner.
  9. After you click on the yellow Check-Out button, you will be taken to a summary screen that lists all of the programs that you want to attend.  Some programs have questions that need to be answered.  Once you have reviewed your programs and answered any required questions, click on the SAVE and PROCEED TO FINAL REVIEW button.
  10. Click on the yellow COMPLETE MY ORDER button and you are registered.  If payment is needed, please provide payment by mailing or dropping off payment at LIFE Mower County.

  • In Person: Visit the LIFE office during regular business hours and the LIFE staff can register you for all of the activities that you would like to attend.
  • By Phone: You can contact the LIFE office at 507-433-8994 during regular business hours to register for all of the activities that you would like to attend.
  • By Email: You can email [email protected] with all of the activities that you would like to attend. 

Other items of interest:

  • A great effort has been made to assure the accuracy of the information provided in our activity guide. Due to the large amount of information, however, errors and changes may occur related to program schedules, locations, transportation and fees. LIFE Mower County reserves the right to make adjustments as necessary. LIFE Mower County will make every effort to notify participants of changes and corrections as quickly and efficiently as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience our errors may cause.
  • A weekly email reminder is sent out on Saturday evening around 11:00 pm with a list of the activities that you have signed up for the following week. This email also shows your status and if fees need to be paid.
  • LIFE Mower County will only be e-mailing ONE activity guide per address. If you need additional copies of this activity guide, you can pick up a copy at the LIFE Mower County office or visit www.lifemowercounty.org/activityguide to print off additional copies.
  • Registrations and payments will not be accepted at any activities. Please use the drop box by the main entrance to drop payments off after business hours.
  • Scholarships are available: Looking forward to that special activity, but it’s slightly out of your budget? Not to worry, we have the solution for you!  Complete this form to request a scholarship.
  • What if I miss registration? Please contact LIFE Mower County at 507-433-8994 so we can confirm if there are openings left in the activities that you would like to register for.
