Strategic Plan

LIFE Mower County needs to update its strategic plan to ensure that it is continuing to effectively serve its target community and meet its goals in a rapidly changing environment.  Updating the strategic plan involves evaluating the organization's mission, goals, and objectives, as well as the strategies and activities used to achieve them.

The world is constantly evolving, and this means that the challenges faced by people with disabilities are also changing.  New technologies, social and political developments, and changes in legislation and regulations can impact the work of disability nonprofit organizations.  Updating the strategic plan allows LIFE Mower County to adapt to these changes and stay relevant.

Furthermore, updating the strategic plan can help LIFE Mower County identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.  For example, the plan may identify new areas of need within the disability community or highlight emerging trends that LIFE Mower County can leverage to better serve its constituents.

An updated strategic plan also provides a clear road map for LIFE Mower County's staff and board members, ensuring that everyone is aligned around common goals and priorities.  This can help improve communication, decision-making, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Overall, updating the strategic plan is essential for LIFE Mower County to ensure that it remains responsive to the needs of the community it serves, stays relevant in a changing environment, and continues to achieve its mission and goals effectively.
